WeNext Europe B.V. is looking for a Supply Chain & Technical Operations Manager to build our European supply chain ecosystem from the ground up. This role sits at the operational heart of our business, connecting our global production capabilities with our European expansion.
What You'll Do
- Identify, onboard, and audit manufacturing partners outside of China, focusing on high-quality Sheet Metal and CNC fabrication.
- Establish performance KPIs for partners and drive them through relationships and continuous improvement.
- Analyze cost and capacity data to build a resilient supply chain that can scale with rapid growth.
- Act as the internal authority for sheet metal pre-sales, reviewing CAD files and drawings to assess feasibility.
- Provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback to help the sales team and customers optimize parts.
- Investigate quality issues to understand root cause, liaising between European clients and global factories.
- Design and document workflows for vendor onboarding, quality control, and quoting.
- Work with senior leadership to support the build-out of our own internal production facilities.
- Manage the rollout of new operational programs, keeping Europe and China aligned on timelines.
What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years in manufacturing operations, applications engineering, or supply chain management.
- A strong working knowledge of Sheet Metal fabrication and CNC processes.
- Comfortable interpreting BoMs, tolerances, and material grades.
- A builder who loves structure and is comfortable creating processes before executing them.
- The ability to explain complex engineering constraints to a salesperson, and commercial targets to an engineer.
