Join xalution as a Supply Chain & Logistics Consultant to guide clients through their ERP transformation with Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will work autonomously on productive systems, implementing functional solutions that create measurable value in daily operations and collaborating closely with developers and project managers.
What You'll Do
- Advise and provide functional leadership to customers on national and international projects with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
- Take responsibility for the implementation, rollout, and customizing of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Document requirements and conceptualize, then implement, individual customizations with development and project teams.
- Conduct and moderate workshops and training sessions for key users and end-users.
- Support presales activities within the Supply Chain Management area.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in ERP system consulting, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM, F&O, or AX in the SCM area.
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with a strong customer focus.
- Team spirit, initiative, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work autonomously and openness to new topics and technologies.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Willingness to travel for on-site assignments at customers in Switzerland (20-40% of the time).
