Position Overview The Supply Chain Intern will support daily operations within the manufacturing plant’s supply chain function. This role involves hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, production planning, and inventory management while contributing to projects that improve efficiency and data accuracy. Key Responsibilities - Assist with tracking inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and analyzing material variances. - Support the Supply Chain team through supplier communication, order tracking, and maintaining purchase documentation. - Assist in coordinating the movement of materials between departments to ensure timely production flow. - Compile and analyze supply chain data to identify trends, discrepancies, or improvement opportunities. - Participate in cross-functional meetings with production, logistics, and quality. - Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards to support operational decision‑making. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste, improving accuracy, or enhancing workflow efficiency.
