HireHawk is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator to serve as the vital communication link between our Denver-based team and supply chain vendors across Asia. You will be responsible for managing these key relationships and ensuring operational continuity during critical business hours.
What You'll Do
- Manage vendor relationships and serve as primary communication bridge with Asian manufacturing partners to ensure clear instruction execution.
- Monitor production timelines and coordinate between multiple vendors to maintain project schedules and flag potential delays.
- Support procurement and administrative functions including data entry, purchase orders, and documentation maintenance.
- Resolve supply chain issues in real-time during Asian business hours to keep production on track.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with factories, mills, and print houses to facilitate smooth operations.

- Must work during Asian business hours to address supply chain issues as they arise.
Team & Environment
You will work directly with the Procurement Manager and Controller.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $1500 - $2000 USD
