FrieslandCampina Ingredients is looking for a Supply & Trading Manager to own the development and execution of sourcing, trading, and logistics strategies. This role is critical for ensuring reliable whey supply and maximizing the commercial value of cheese and cream co-products, connecting our dairy network to manufacturing and markets.
What You'll Do
- Monitor global whey market trends and translate insights into sourcing, trading, and risk management strategies.
- Build and manage strategic supplier partnerships within the dairy network.
- Lead commercial contract negotiations and actively manage exposure to market volatility.
- Maximize value through portfolio management, pricing discipline, and market optimization.
- Drive robust production planning processes to optimize manufacturing capacity.
- Manage transportation activities to ensure reliable, cost-effective, and compliant logistics.
- Ensure strong cross-functional alignment with Operations, Sales, and S&OP teams.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Supply & Trading team to deliver high-quality execution.
