Arrow ECS SAS is hiring a Supplier Manager for Citrix to own the go-to-market strategy for a major brand and its product lines. You will use your in-depth knowledge of the IT Enterprise and business analysis to influence key decisions with significant financial impact.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own the go-to-market strategy for major brand(s) or product line(s), including MDF planning and investment.
- Align supplier products with current market direction, create growth plans, and oversee marketing program execution.
- Build and retain strong and influential supplier, customer, and internal relationships.
- Act as liaison between field selling groups and Corporate to resolve questions or issues regarding products and suppliers.
- Develop influential supplier relationships with key decision makers to gain competitive advantage.
- Work as a resource for the sales team to enable navigation and assist in selling suppliers and technologies to customers.
- Identify specific market segments and customers to market specific suppliers and technologies to the Arrow sales team.
- Work with your team to develop strategies to grow sales and market share.
- Implement ease of doing business initiatives with suppliers including EDI/RosettaNet transactions, shared backlog files, bar coding, and sales tools.
- Coordinate and own supplier reviews including resources needed, the GRPI model, presentation, and analysis.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
- Experience working in the IT Sales Channel.
- Understanding of the sales process and how end customers buy.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to guide others in resolving complex issues based on existing solutions and procedures.
- Serves as an expert within own discipline and a resource for best practices on functional teams.
- Experience training and mentoring junior staff.
Nice to Have
- Experience in distribution.
- Experience working directly with IT suppliers.
- Specific Citrix experience.

- Salary Range: $98,900.00 - $150,040.00
