Claire’s European Services Limited is hiring a Part-Time Manager to support the Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, conducting piercings, and maintaining daily store operations.

What You'll Do

• Crush sales goals by delivering excellent customer experiences, upselling accessories, and promoting deals.
• Conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, and maintain a sterile environment.
• Maintain store displays, organize inventory, and create easy-to-shop layouts.
• Support the Store Manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive vibe.
• Showcase products and services, staying updated on fashion and social media trends to suggest products.
• Oversee store operations including inventory management, cash handling, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Encourage customers to share their purchases on social media.

What We're Looking For

• At least one year of retail experience.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Completed some high school.
• Can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy.
• Proficient in operating a POS system.
• Can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• Can bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong grasp of mathematics for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.
• Driven team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and organized, able to work alone at times.

• Passion for fashion and staying up to date with the latest trends.
• Can create a curated fashion look with product during your shift.
