Join JLL as a Director, Sourcing. In this role, you will support a specific industry division by developing innovative third-party solutions and competitive pricing strategies to drive new business wins, client expansions, and renewals. You will be the primary sourcing liaison for your division, ensuring tailored solutions, and may lead global pursuit initiatives requiring multi-regional coordination.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary sourcing point of contact for an assigned industry division.
- Collaborate with Sourcing Specialists to develop end-to-end third-party solutions.
- Lead the sourcing component of pursuit activities with competitive positioning.
- Act as Global Pursuit Lead on multi-region opportunities, coordinating across markets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and supplier capabilities.
- Support client meetings and presentations with sourcing expertise.
- Establish relationships with Pursuit Leads and sourcing teams across JLL's global network.
- Identify opportunities to enhance sourcing processes and solutions.
- Create, present, and sell JLL’s Sourcing Solution to internal Sales and external Client teams.
- Review all RFP documents to develop a detailed Sourcing Strategy.
- Engage suppliers to seek savings, benchmarks, or underwritten solutions.
- Analyze supplier cost proposals and financial reports for reasonableness.
- Negotiate with suppliers for accurate pricing assumptions.
- Provide responses to client RFP questions related to Sourcing & Procurement.
- Establish a relationship with Corporate Legal & Risk to ensure contract compliance.
- Ensure compliance with JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with global counterparts to develop uniform solutions for global clients.
