MarketsVox is looking for a Head of LATAM to own and drive our growth across Latin America. In this leadership role, you will develop the regional strategy, build and mentor local teams, and spearhead client acquisition and revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the LATAM regional business strategy.
- Build, manage, and mentor local BD, IB, and affiliate teams.
- Drive client acquisition and revenue growth across key markets.
- Establish strong partnerships with IBs, affiliates, trading communities, academies, and influencers.
- Monitor regional performance, KPIs, and competitor landscape.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams.
- Represent MarketsVox at events, seminars, expos, and webinars.
- Ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency with HQ.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in FX/CFDs (BD/Partnerships/Regional Leadership).
- Strong network and credibility within LATAM trading communities.
- Proven success in growing markets and managing teams.
- Deep understanding of IB models, affiliate systems, and partner funnels.
- Excellent communication in Spanish.
- Good English communication skills.
- Goal-driven, strategic thinker with strong leadership.
