Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the LATAM regional business strategy
- Build, manage, and mentor local BD, IB, and affiliate teams
- Drive client acquisition and revenue growth across key markets
- Establish strong partnerships with IBs, affiliates, trading communities, academies, and influencers
- Monitor regional performance, KPIs, and competitor landscape
- Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams
- Represent MarketsVox at events, seminars, expos, and webinars
- Ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency with HQ
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in FX/CFDs (BD/Partnerships/Regional Leadership)
- Strong network and credibility within LATAM trading communities
- Proven success in growing markets and managing teams
- Deep understanding of IB models, affiliate systems, and partner funnels
- Excellent communication in Spanish + good English
- Goal-driven, strategic thinker, strong leadership
