Standard Insurance Company is hiring a Supervisor of Sales Support Onboarding and Service for American Heritage. This strategic leadership role focuses on operational excellence, managing a high-performing team, and executing business strategies. You will leverage your subject matter expertise to handle complex tasks and ensure superior customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead, develop, and support a high-performing sales support team.
- Translate leadership direction into clear, actionable initiatives and process improvements.
- Provide territory reporting, identify improvement opportunities, and manage escalations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leaders to deliver customer updates and broker feedback.
- Enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), drive strategic planning, and track productivity and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in customer service including direct leadership experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience driving operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

- Compensation: $59,250.00 - $94,750.00
