What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a customer or member support environment
- Strong track record of coaching and developing direct reports
- Excellent analytical skills for performance monitoring and reporting
- Deep understanding of healthcare navigation, referral processes, or advocacy services
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
