Included Health is hiring a Supervisor, Referral Support Advocacy to lead within the Member Care team. You'll play a key role in guiding a team dedicated to supporting members through their healthcare journeys.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop the Referral Support Advocacy team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Monitor team performance and metrics to ensure quality member support
  • Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to streamline referral processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the advocacy workflow

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a customer or member support environment
  • Strong track record of coaching and developing direct reports
  • Excellent analytical skills for performance monitoring and reporting
  • Deep understanding of healthcare navigation, referral processes, or advocacy services
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
