Responsibilities
- Follow up promptly on outstanding pension contributions.
- Ensure pension contributions are invested according to required timeframes.
- Prepare reinsurance records for both group and individual life insurance portfolios.
- Generate group life insurance quotations for new clients and oversee existing group life policies.
- Oversee the full cycle of pension contributions and investment administration.
- Ensure all client pension inquiries and requests are fully addressed and resolved.
- Maintain client relationships through scheduled meetings and ongoing follow-up.
- Deliver consistent updates and insights to management on pension-related issues.
- Engage with clients and brokers to secure and manage new group insurance business.
- Serve as primary contact for trustees and provide them with regular progress reports.
- Develop and manage accurate contribution schedules.
- Conduct routine client communication to verify contribution accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure pension data consistently matches fund account records.
- Manage the end-to-end processing of group life insurance claims.
- Process claims related to reinsurance activities efficiently.
- Establish and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements through coordination with the FSC and other relevant authorities.
