Oak Street Health is looking for a Supervisor, Clinical Operations – Site of Care (SOC) to provide day-to-day leadership and strategic oversight for this business unit. What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day leadership and strategic oversight to the SOC business unit.
- Optimize operational performance through talent development, quality improvement, innovation, and cost reduction.
- Guide the Infusion Representative and Support Teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination across internal departments.
- Manage daily operations and drive performance against established metrics.
- Oversee training and policy implementation.
- Support the accurate and timely redirection of patients to appropriate sites of care.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure service level expectations for physicians and patients are consistently met.
- Ensure standardization of processes and consistency in workflows.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and client-specific requirements.
- Represent the SOC team in client-facing meetings and support new client implementations.
- Serve as a primary escalation point for operational issues.

- H.S. or Equivalent education.

- Knowledge of the Aetna Systems (GPS, Novologix, GIAS).
