Risk Strategies is looking for an Accounting Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our accounting team. You will ensure accurate financial records and compliance with standards, playing a key role in the month-end and year-end close processes.
What You'll Do
- Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and the general ledger.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of financial reports and statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Train and mentor accounting staff.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Support leadership with financial analysis and reporting.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with financial reporting and internal controls.
Nice to Have
- CPA certification or equivalent.
