Juno was looking for a Summer MBA Growth Intern

The Summer MBA Growth Intern will play a key role in scaling Juno’s MBA vertical by working across partnerships, student acquisition, and growth initiatives. This position sits at the intersection of strategy, growth, and partnerships, offering direct exposure to company leadership and high-impact projects in fintech and consumer lending.

What You'll Do

  • Help design and execute the playbook for acquiring MBA students through partnerships, campus channels, ambassador programs, and digital funnels
  • Support and expand relationships with MBA student organizations, admissions communities, and career-focused groups
  • Improve landing pages, email flows, and referral systems to increase sign-ups and loan conversions
  • Run structured growth experiments (messaging tests, channel tests, A/B tests) and report insights directly to leadership
  • Talk to students, analyze behavior, and help shape how Juno positions itself to future MBA cohorts
  • Lead multiple growth initiatives with measurable impact
  • Work directly with founders on MBA go-to-market strategy
  • Gain exposure to fintech, consumer lending, and partnership growth
  • Build a portfolio of real projects (funnels, campaigns, partnerships)
  • See how a high-growth startup builds and scales a new vertical
