What You'll Do
In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of products that support post-loan activities, including servicing, financial operations, and investor reporting. You'll define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and guide products from concept through launch and refinement.
You'll use data analysis, A/B testing, and user feedback to inform decisions and measure impact. Your work will focus on enhancing internal systems, streamlining workflows, and strengthening data foundations to support scalable operations.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of product management experience in fintech or lending environments
- Proven ability to design and scale internal tools, operational systems, or data infrastructure
- Skill in balancing immediate needs with long-term strategic goals
- Strong analytical mindset with experience making data-informed decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup setting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, design, sales, and operations
- A passion for solving complex problems and delivering meaningful impact
Nice-to-Have
- Background in loan servicing operations
- Experience building data products or analytics platforms
Work Environment
This is a remote-first position with a hybrid model, offering flexibility to work remotely while supporting occasional in-person collaboration. We operate across multiple locations including Dallas, Tempe, Houston, Knoxville, Omaha, Philadelphia, Phoenix, and other cities.
