What You'll Do
Drive the vision and execution of a Banking as a Service (BaaS) platform that empowers fintech partners to launch modern financial solutions in deposits, credit, lending, and card services. Approach complex challenges methodically, using first principles thinking to clarify ambiguity and guide decision-making across engineering, design, and compliance teams.
Define and manage a clear, prioritized product roadmap grounded in user needs and business impact. Translate strategic goals into actionable requirements, ensuring alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Serve as a unifying force in a diverse, collaborative environment, fostering consensus and momentum while maintaining deep awareness of technical and operational constraints.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in product management or engineering, with a proven record of delivering high-quality fintech products
- Experience in enterprise software, scalable SaaS platforms, and highly regulated, compliance-sensitive environments
- Strong technical foundation with demonstrated success building high-availability, low-latency systems and well-designed APIs
- Ability to balance practicality with innovation, collaborating effectively to reach efficient, impactful outcomes
- Exceptional analytical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Clear, persuasive communication skills with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented craftsmanship in product development and execution
- Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement

- Competitive salary: $205,000–$285,000 (Zone 1), $177,390–$250,000 (Zone 2), $153,900–$240,000 (Zone 3)
