What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end product development for critical systems supporting loan servicing, financial operations, data infrastructure, and investor reporting. Define product vision and roadmap in line with business objectives, balancing immediate needs with long-term scalability. Use data analysis, A/B testing, and user feedback to guide decisions and measure outcomes.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to identify inefficiencies, remove blockers, and deliver solutions that improve performance and reliability. Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment, adjusting priorities as needed while maintaining focus on quality and impact.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of product management experience in fintech or lending environments
- Proven ability to design and scale internal tools, operational workflows, or backend infrastructure
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated success using data to inform product decisions
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity, breaking down complex problems, and driving alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Effective communicator who can articulate vision, influence without authority, and foster collaboration
- Deep commitment to improving processes and building systems that enable organizational growth
- Passion for creating products that generate measurable value for customers and the business
