About the Role

BeOne Medicines I GmbH is seeking a Summer Internship: Regulatory Affairs Intern to join our team remotely. This internship offers the opportunity to work closely with our North America Regulatory Affairs team at a global biopharmaceutical company. You will gain direct experience in drug development programs and regulatory strategies for compounds in multiple stages of development.

What You'll Do

  • Work on programs and strategies for compounds in multiple stages of development.
  • Gain experience in drug development intended to address unmet medical needs globally through an understanding of laws, guidance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Use creative problem-solving skills to develop new ideas and insights.
  • Partner with other regulatory team members to build solutions for real-life business challenges through hands-on projects.
  • Collaborate with US Regulatory Affairs team members in providing regulatory guidance to cross-functional teams.
  • Support and attend Regulatory Team meetings with the Regulatory lead.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings and support the drafting, review, and approval of regulatory deliverables.
  • Support colleagues in handling submissions and tracking documents’ status.
  • Support the archiving of official submissions and correspondence with Health Authorities in the company's document management system.
  • Participate in project teams, as determined by your supervisor.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently obtaining an undergraduate degree in the life sciences or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate and write English clearly, concisely, and effectively.
  • Well-organized, with an ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Independently motivated, with good problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player.

  • Compensation: $27/hour USD + eligibility for discretionary equity awards.
