MealSuite is hiring an Experiential Marketing Manager to shape our event strategy by owning the execution of tradeshows and virtual experiences. In this role, you will focus on generating qualified leads and accelerating revenue through high-visibility initiatives with measurable results. You'll be joining a fast-growing team dedicated to solving meaningful problems that directly impact patient and resident care.
What You'll Do
- Own logistics for all tradeshows, in-person and digital events, including venue coordination, shipping, booth setup, promotional items, webinar logistics, and lead capture.
- Collaborate with the Creative Content Manager to develop event assets aligned to personas and segments.
- Collaborate with the Account Based Marketing Manager to develop and execute targeted experiences, live user groups, or regional events to support growth goals.
- Facilitate tradeshow marketing initiative execution, such as photo/video capture, customer testimonial interviews, competitive landscape research, and special social events.
- Track timelines, budget, and project execution details relating to tradeshows, and maintain the master event calendar to ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Assist in identifying, qualifying, and applying for experiential marketing opportunities (sponsorships, in-person & online, speaking engagements) that drive awareness and engagement.
- Develop and execute channel-partner onsite collaborations and co-branded experiences.
What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience in event planning (including in-person and online event marketing responsibilities), trade show logistics, event staffing & vendor coordination, or a combination of all three.
- 1-2 years of working knowledge of virtual event platforms, such as Zoom Events (or equivalent).
- The ability to establish, track, and evaluate event success metrics and ROI for future growth initiatives.
- Expert project management skills and a growth mindset with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and action items quickly and effectively.
- Proven experience generating qualified leads and leveraging in-person events to convert engagement into measurable pipeline impact, especially within B2B markets.
- Comfort making real-time decisions during live events and a penchant for keeping calm under pressure.
- Meticulous attention to detail and expertise with problem solving, especially in situations that require “off-the-cuff” thinking during high-pressure situations.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required).
