Sur was looking for an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative

Sur is hiring an Ecommerce Customer Service Representative to ensure our customers experience a seamless, high-performing, and brand-aligned shopping journey. In this role, you will support day-to-day eCommerce operations, store optimization, and cross-functional coordination to drive performance and satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Lead customer onboarding for new ecommerce clients, ensuring smooth Shopify setup, configuration, and launch readiness.
  • Provide day-to-day customer service support, resolving order, platform, and account-related inquiries quickly and professionally.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, partnering closely with the CS and sales team to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced, high-volume ecommerce environment.
  • Identify process gaps and proactively improve workflows to enhance onboarding efficiency and overall customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • C1/C2 level English proficiency or equivalent.
  • 4+ years hands-on experience with Shopify.
  • 5-10 years of experience in eCommerce customer success or onboarding.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting mid-to-large ecommerce businesses (ideally $50M+ annual revenue) or working within sophisticated, process-driven organizations.
