Salesforce is looking for a Summer 2026 Intern - Business Insights Analyst to join the Global Safety & Security (GS&S) team. In this role, you'll contribute to mission-critical security programs by working on data-driven projects that support business operations.
What You'll Do
- Perform business insights work including requirements gathering and understanding business processes and tools.
- Develop and present analytics products such as dashboards.
- Conduct exploratory data engineering and machine learning efforts like testing theories and studying existing data.
What We're Looking For
- Must be a current or prior Salesforce intern.
- Enrolled and working towards obtaining a BS/MS in Information Systems or a related field.
- Must be returning to school after the Summer 2026 program to complete your degree.
- Must be attending a College or University in North America.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Tableau for data analysis.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with Google Slides/Docs/Sheets or related tools.
Nice to Have
- Quality assurance experience.
- Executive presentation experience.
- Salesforce CRM analytics/reporting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Sagemaker, or AI/ML models.

- For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range is $37 to $47 per hour.
