Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking a Success Manager to manage key flagship accounts and drive sustainable business growth. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring strong cooperation and aligning their needs with tailored solutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow flagship accounts, ensuring successful long-term cooperation.
- Analyze account performance, monitor market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop customer-focused solutions that maximize potential and address client needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, inquiries, and ongoing support.
- Serve as the bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships while promoting relevant services and opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a digital environment, ideally within e-commerce or SaaS.
- Strong customer focus and ability to analyze data to create effective solutions.
- Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets with knowledge of functions such as Pivot and VLookup.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and pitch services effectively.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
