Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline, or a comparable mix of education and professional experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in cost estimation, utility infrastructure, or electrical construction projects
- Demonstrated experience in subcontractor coordination and contract negotiation
- Valid driver’s license supported by a satisfactory driving history
Nice to Have
- Background in substation, transmission line, or utility construction estimating
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications and estimating platforms such as Accubid, HCSS, or equivalent
- Familiarity with project management principles or field operations
- Prior experience collaborating with utility providers or power delivery contractors
