About the Role

The ATR Subject Matter Expert possesses comprehensive expertise and specialization in Record to Report methodologies. They offer critical organizational support for daily operations, task delegation, work review, and provide training, technical, and operational guidance with minimal supervisory oversight. Responsibilities: Cultivate and sustain profound understanding of RTR operational processes (Offer support in R2R operations including transaction and report review/approval for complex scenarios or as backup during entity migration handover/stabilization) Deliver technical leadership and strategic guidance Engage in project planning and implementation Validate project outcomes against established specifications and standards Design and implement training programs to elevate team knowledge and performance Recognize improvement opportunities and recommend corrective strategies Participate in mandatory audit processes Collaborate with team members to address customer requirements and challenges Provide strategic guidance during decision-making processes Identify process enhancement areas, initiate and ensure timely project completion with high-quality results Guarantee transaction and report processing adheres to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), accounting standards, and Global Accounting Policies Detect, rectify, track, and resolve issues, develop action plans addressing root causes, document and monitor error logs Contribute as leadership team member to overall R2R Tower management and development, ensuring achievement of organizational goals and objectives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferably in Accounting or Finance Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred Finance and Accounting experience with comprehensive exposure in: General Ledger, Intercompany Accounting, Fixed Assets Accounting, Month-end closing, Reconciliation, reporting, consolidation, and Lease Accounting Previous experience managing transitions and process improvement projects Demonstrated success in crisis management, process enhancements, and stakeholder engagement Proficient in Microsoft Office suite 4-6 years working experience in Record to Report processes Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Systems and Shared Services Center/BPO environments Process migration experience considered advantageous Strong written and spoken English communication capabilities
