We are currently recruiting a Senior Manager, Clinical Affairs to spearhead strategic initiatives within our Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) portfolio, dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes through cutting-edge technological solutions. This role demands oversight of a high-performing clinical operations team, ensuring meticulous design, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials that meet regulatory standards and product excellence benchmarks. The selected candidate will be instrumental in developing clinical strategies for IDE, NSR IDE, and post-market studies, while facilitating collaboration across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Affairs, and Key Opinion Leaders. We seek a visionary leader with comprehensive clinical operations expertise, exceptional project management capabilities, and the ability to drive organizational transformation. Job Responsibilities: - Supervise clinical operations team and matrix team management - Develop talent development strategies aligned with departmental growth - Assess staff knowledge gaps and design targeted training programs - Coordinate study start-up activities ensuring stakeholder alignment - Manage protocol development, consent documentation, and contractual requirements - Direct field and remote study monitoring - Evaluate data documentation consistency - Implement standardized organizational processes - Identify and mitigate competing timeline risks Required Experience and Education: - Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific discipline - 8 years progressive medical device clinical trial experience - 5 years hands-on clinical research monitoring - 3 years direct personnel management experience - Proven team development and coaching capabilities Essential Knowledge and Skills: - Strategic planning expertise for medical device studies - Advanced project management proficiency - Microsoft Office Suite mastery - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Expert clinical operations understanding - Comprehensive anatomical and physiological knowledge - Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities - Strong leadership and change management abilities - Cross-functional collaboration skills - Willingness to travel up to 20% Preferred Qualifications: - Clinical trial documentation preparation experience BD emphasizes on-site collaboration, requiring minimum four in-office days weekly to maintain innovative culture.
