Manage Monthly Financial Closure Complete financial closing by the fifth business day and distinctly highlight any remarkable variations. Establish Cash Flow Predictability Develop a Weekly Cash Perspective and maintain a rolling 4-week monetary projection the team can trust. Safeguard Inventory Precision Monitor Cost of Goods Sold and inventory across multiple channels, ensuring seamless synchronization with QuickBooks Online. Vigilantly Track Stock Levels Assess overstock and understock risks, strategically planning for seasonal or high-volume periods. Integrate E-commerce Financial Data Extract reports from Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, and comparable platforms—correlating them with margins and expenditures.
