AECOM is hiring a Subcontracts Administrator

Role Overview

This position is part of the Source to Pay function based in Manila, supporting global project delivery through effective subcontract and procurement management. The Subcontracts Administrator ensures adherence to company policies while managing medium to complex subcontracting activities across professional, construction, and general service areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer subcontract processes including requisition handling, purchase order issuance, and contract execution
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, including insurance requirements and risk allocation
  • Support the preparation and distribution of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for goods and services
  • Ensure supplier performance aligns with agreed scope and contractual obligations
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement documentation and subcontract files
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver procurement solutions for project needs
  • Apply risk mitigation strategies during contract negotiations and supplier engagement
  • Communicate procurement processes clearly to project teams and external partners
  • Resolve supply chain issues and support projects that require deviations from standard procedures
  • Develop proficiency in procurement systems and tools used across the organization

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least three years of experience in engineering, procurement, or construction within multi-location, project-based environments. A solid grasp of commercial contracting principles, insurance documentation, and subcontracting terminology is essential. The role demands intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, and enterprise procurement platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or Coupa.
