Role Overview
This position leads end-to-end procurement for digital rewards across multiple markets, focusing on strategic sourcing, supplier development, and commercial negotiation. You will shape a competitive portfolio of digital assets—including e-vouchers, gift cards, and loyalty currencies—by securing favorable terms with international and local partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement procurement strategies tailored to digital rewards, balancing cost efficiency with market demand.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with global brands, digital platforms, and regional providers to achieve optimal pricing, margins, and exclusive offerings.
- Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with suppliers across Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines.
- Identify and integrate new digital reward providers to broaden and localize the catalog in line with customer preferences.
- Monitor and improve procurement KPIs such as cost savings, margin performance, supplier reliability, and contract effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sourcing with campaign goals and business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, pricing models, and supplier performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to internal procurement policies and compliance standards.
- Evaluate and onboard new digital reward platforms, ensuring technical and commercial fit.
- Develop standardized procurement processes to enhance scalability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of procurement experience, ideally in digital rewards, fintech, e-commerce, or loyalty programs.
- Proven success negotiating with major regional or global brands for digital products such as e-wallets, telecom services, or branded gift solutions.
- Existing network of suppliers across the region is a strong advantage.
- Experience managing multi-market procurement operations and diverse supplier portfolios.
- Track record of delivering cost reductions, margin gains, and improved supplier performance.
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
