LVT is hiring an Independent Contractor Installer to join our team on a subcontractor basis. We sell, measure, and order the product; you install it. This role offers a consistent workflow and the opportunity for business growth, focusing on professional installation of windows, vinyl siding, and/or sunrooms.
What You'll Do
- Interact with customers in a professional manner
- Load materials into your truck from our warehouse
- Install windows, siding, and/or build sunrooms per code and manufacturer specifications
- Achieve high customer satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive and fair team environment
What We're Looking For
- Insured independent businessperson
- Own tools to complete projects
- Privately owned vehicle and way to transport product from warehouse to project site
- For Sunroom/Siding Installers: 2-years minimum experience in carpentry, installing sunrooms, building decks, or siding
- For Window Installers: 5-years minimum experience installing replacement windows
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
- Basic arithmetic abilities including using a tape measure
- Detail oriented with pride in your craft
