CIS Group of Companies is seeking independent contractors to join our network as Residential Property Inspectors. In this flexible, part-time 1099 contractor role, you will conduct essential property inspections, providing valuable data to our clients. You'll have the autonomy to build your own schedule while working outdoors in your local area.
What You'll Do
- Travel to residential homes to complete exterior property inspections, with some interior photos.
- Take high-quality photos and collect accurate property data.
- Upload inspection findings using your own smartphone or tablet.
- Provide professional service with a focus on accuracy, on-time delivery, and exceptional communication.
What We're Looking For
- You must be a 1099 Independent Contractor with an LLC.
- You must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license for travel.
- You must own a recent smartphone or tablet capable of taking and storing hundreds of photos.
- You must have computer access with Wi-Fi for uploading data.
- You must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- You must have strong communication and professional persistence.
- You must have basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
