CIS Group of Companies is looking for Residential Property Inspectors to join our network of independent contractors. In this flexible, 1099 contractor role, you'll be responsible for visiting residential properties to conduct thorough exterior inspections, collect data, and provide essential reporting for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Travel to residential homes to complete exterior property inspections.
- Take photos, collect property data, and upload your findings using your smartphone or tablet.
- Provide high-quality, professional service that delivers accuracy and on-time service, with exceptional communication.
What We're Looking For
- Must be a 1099 Independent Contractor.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and driver's license.
- Must have a recent smartphone or tablet capable of taking and storing hundreds of photos.
- Must have computer access and Wi-Fi for uploading data.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must have strong communication skills and be a persistent communicator.
- Must have Microsoft Excel familiarity and basic computer skills.
