The Studio Production Governance Specialist ensures adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in the iGaming industry, focusing on gambling regulation compliance and governance of studio equipment modifications. This role supports operational workflows, documentation integrity, and interdepartmental coordination to promote a robust culture of compliance.
Responsibilities
- Establishes and maintains processes, systems, and organizational structures to support compliance with legal and regulatory obligations in the iGaming sector
- Manages compliance with gambling regulations and associated legislative requirements
- Ensures adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and industry best practices
- Promotes awareness of compliance standards and fosters a culture of compliance across departments
- Supports the efficient operation of gaming studios and training facilities
- Oversees the full authorization process for changes to gaming equipment, including new studio setups, additions, or modifications
- Maintains comprehensive records of all gaming equipment documentation, such as purchase details, notifications, and approvals
- Collaborates with project managers and studio production teams to communicate timelines and upcoming equipment changes
- Provides administrative support including management of company databases, stock tracking, and monitoring of facilities and maintenance activities
- Acts as a representative of the operations department, providing high-level coordination with departments including Compliance, HR, Studio Production, Procurement, Security, and Facilities
- Assists in the periodic review, alignment, and updating of corporate policies and procedures across business functions
- Builds and sustains relationships with key project stakeholders, representing the Operations Department as required
Requirements
- Experience in operational and compliance support roles
- Strong attention to detail
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative support
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in the iGaming industry is advantageous
- Familiarity with Salesforce and SharePoint platforms
