The University of Cincinnati is looking for a Student Associate to join a small but critical team supporting high-impact academic services across campus. This role assists with the Exam Grading and Course Evaluation processes, two essential functions requiring a strong eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. The position offers flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work both remotely and in person.
What You'll Do
- Receive, log, and organize physical exam submissions
- Scan and process exams using specialized scanners and software
- Review scanned results for completeness and accuracy
- Apply naming conventions and securely route results to appropriate recipients
- Troubleshoot scanning issues and flag anomalies
- Assist in preparing, formatting, and reviewing spreadsheets used to configure course evaluations
- Configure course evaluations using specialized software
- Verify instructor and course data for accuracy and flag inconsistencies
- Run reports or assist with compiling results after evaluations close
