Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact during sales engagements, showcasing platform features and business value.
- Design and deliver custom demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept exercises based on client-specific requirements.
- Manage the technical evaluation phase, identifying client goals and running targeted sessions that highlight relevant benefits to advance sales progress.
- Work closely with product teams to communicate customer insights and suggest practical improvements or new features.
- Take the lead in responding to formal procurement requests, including RFPs and RFIs, and support the creation of technical proposal content.
- Provide strategic guidance to prospects by recommending best practices and real-world use cases to improve commercial outcomes with the platform.
- Evaluate incoming requests for new product capabilities, assess their potential impact, and advise sales and product leadership on feasibility and priority.

- Serve as the technical expert during the sales process, demonstrating the platform’s capabilities and value proposition.
- Lead customised demos, workshops, and test / POCs that are tailored to each client’s needs.
- Lead the technical aspect of the qualification process and, after understanding prospects requirements, organise tailored sessions that demonstrate how the platform delivers tangible benefits specifically to their needs and, therefore, helps progress their journey in the sales lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to translate customer needs into actionable feedback and potential feature enhancements.
- Lead responses to RFPs and RFIs, and where needed, assist in drafting the technical aspects of proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients during the sales process, helping them optimise commercial processes using the Streem platform by suggesting best practices and sharing successful client examples.
- Serve as the first point of assessment for prospect product extensions by evaluating new feature or functionality requests, assess business impact, and provide recommendations to the Head of Sales and Product Managers on whether to pursue.
