What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with senior leaders and data teams to build high-impact presentations that distill complex information into clear, persuasive messages
- Gather and verify data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance for executive decision-making
- Design charts, exhibits, and visual elements that enhance understanding and support strategic recommendations
- Ensure all deliverables reflect consistent branding, tone, and visual standards across external-facing materials
- Maintain and update presentation templates and asset libraries to streamline team-wide efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience creating polished, professional materials—especially in PowerPoint and Excel—with a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with adaptability across audiences and formats
- Minimum of four years of professional experience and a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Slides, Adobe, InDesign, or Anaplan is a plus
