Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive verbal identity frameworks, including slogans, mission statements, and descriptive content.
- Work closely with strategy colleagues to convert research findings into actionable, persuasive strategic roadmaps aligned with brand vision and business goals.
- Define and express the brand’s central story, long-term purpose, key benefits, and market position while addressing audience expectations.
- Establish tone of voice standards that guide how a brand communicates across different platforms and situations.
- Lead exploratory processes for naming brands and products in alignment with overarching brand strategy.
- Produce impactful written content for critical brand interactions, including websites, packaging prototypes, and email campaigns.
- Partner with strategists and visual designers to ensure creative concepts are insight-driven and meet client objectives.
- Explore artificial intelligence and new technologies to enhance copy creation and evaluation methods.
- Perform cultural and competitive analyses to understand how language influences brand relevance.
- Support client-facing workshops and presentations by guiding brands in defining their voice and storytelling approach.
- Help lay the groundwork for an expanding Verbal Identity capability within the agency.
- Serve as a creative and strategic mentor, offering guidance on writing quality and contributing broader insights across projects.
