What You'll Do
Partner with product and engineering teams to design, refine, and deploy AI agents that manage large-scale customer conversations. Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them define and execute AI-driven service strategies. Lead end-to-end development cycles, ensuring solutions align with both technical capabilities and business goals.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders. Coordinate across departments to maintain alignment and momentum, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact projects. Use customer feedback and performance data to inform improvements and strategic direction.
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to diverse audiences
- Firm grasp of software development, product lifecycle principles, and engineering workflows
- Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to assess risks, troubleshoot challenges, and develop effective solutions
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and guiding cross-functional teams toward shared objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Advanced training or professional background at the intersection of technology and operations, such as an MBA or similar
