M&T Bank is hiring a Strategic Sourcing Contract Administrator to manage supplier contracts across the enterprise. You will focus on contract renewals, database maintenance, and dashboard support to minimize monetary and operational risk for the organization.

What You'll Do

Coordinate and organize supplier contract information for the Strategic Sourcing Team.
Upload and enter contracts into the Contract Repository accurately, capturing critical operational details.
Administer a monthly process to solicit contract disposition feedback from internal stakeholders and take associated action.
Generate regular and ad-hoc departmental reports as required.
Execute quality control processes to maintain data integrity.
Complete project work to enhance contract metadata.
Respond to requests for contract documentation.
Provide input on process improvement initiatives.
Review and analyze existing third-party contracts against Bank standards.
Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.
Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
Complete other related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Associate’s degree and a minimum of 1 year of work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 3 years of higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year of work experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Strong time management skills.
Working knowledge of personal computers including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and contact management software.
