About the Role
The Strategic Solutions Engineer acts as a technical advisor during the sales process, helping enterprise clients adopt platform capabilities through customized designs and hands-on support.
Responsibilities

- Advocate for customer needs within product development discussions
- Troubleshoot integration challenges during pilot phases
- Provide input on product enhancements based on market demands
- Work across time zones to support global client engagements
- Assist in defining best practices for solution deployment
- Engage in technical workshops with client stakeholders
- Evaluate system compatibility and scalability for enterprise environments
- Support onboarding of new clients with technical setup guidance
- Contribute to internal training materials for solution methodologies
- Ensure security and compliance requirements are addressed in designs
- Coordinate with support teams to resolve implementation blockers
- Track emerging technologies relevant to the platform ecosystem
- Maintain consistency between proposed solutions and actual product capabilities
