What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strategic, cross-portfolio messaging that reflects the full value of Rockwell's connected ecosystem of products, services, and software.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into outcome-based customer narratives and visual frameworks that align with business goals.
- Contribute to the development and governance of messaging standards, storytelling frameworks, and executive-level narratives.
- Drive the articulation and communication of solution-based go-to-market strategies across industries and buyer personas.
- Ensure governance and adherence to messaging frameworks and positioning guidelines.
- Collaborate with campaign, content, and regional teams to ensure messaging is scaled consistently and adapted appropriately.
- Support coordinated launch activities for new offerings that span multiple portfolios, partnering with business units and enablement teams.
- Contribute to the design and execution of integrated, cross-portfolio campaigns centered on solving key customer challenges with holistic solutions.
- Support development of scalable, repeatable GTM processes for campaigns and launches across the enterprise.
- Ensure that horizontal solution messaging resonates across industries and aligns with customer needs, market trends, and commercial priorities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Overall 10+ years of experience.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in solution marketing, product marketing, or integrated campaign strategy.
- Experience developing messaging and positioning for complex solutions.
- Experience leading or supporting cross-portfolio, industry-focused marketing programs.
- Ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization.
- Excellent written and verbal English.

- Experience in the industrial automation sector.
- Familiarity with Rockwell Automation's portfolio or customer base.
- Experience contributing to M&A integration from a marketing perspective.
- Experience creating, planning and executing large-scale programs with global delivery.
