Join Rockwell Automation as a Strategic Solution Marketing Manager on our Global Solutions Marketing Team. In this vital role, you will shape and execute unified, outcome-driven marketing strategies that span the company’s entire suite of offerings. You will focus on developing compelling, customer-first narratives and orchestrating integrated go-to-market programs that solve complex industrial challenges with holistic, connected solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strategic, cross-portfolio messaging that reflects the full value of Rockwell's connected ecosystem of products, services, and software.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into outcome-based customer narratives and visual frameworks that align with business goals.
  • Contribute to the development and governance of messaging standards, storytelling frameworks, and executive-level narratives.
  • Drive the articulation and communication of solution-based go-to-market strategies across industries and buyer personas.
  • Ensure governance and adherence to messaging frameworks and positioning guidelines.
  • Collaborate with campaign, content, and regional teams to ensure messaging is scaled consistently and adapted appropriately.
  • Support coordinated launch activities for new offerings that span multiple portfolios, partnering with business units and enablement teams.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of integrated, cross-portfolio campaigns centered on solving key customer challenges with holistic solutions.
  • Support development of scalable, repeatable GTM processes for campaigns and launches across the enterprise.
  • Ensure that horizontal solution messaging resonates across industries and aligns with customer needs, market trends, and commercial priorities.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Overall 10+ years of experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in solution marketing, product marketing, or integrated campaign strategy.
  • Experience developing messaging and positioning for complex solutions.
  • Experience leading or supporting cross-portfolio, industry-focused marketing programs.
  • Ability to collaborate across a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the industrial automation sector.
  • Familiarity with Rockwell Automation's portfolio or customer base.
  • Experience contributing to M&A integration from a marketing perspective.
  • Experience creating, planning and executing large-scale programs with global delivery.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for simplifying complexity and creating customer value.
