Monte Carlo is seeking a Strategic Sales Development Representative to identify and engage net new prospects for potential new business, focusing on larger opportunities. This role is critical for building the outbound sales motion and expanding our market footprint.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a high volume of cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to create qualified opportunities for the sales team.
- Help build and evolve the outbound playbook.
- Partner closely with one or more account executives to expand their book of business.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2+ years of work experience in a pipeline generation role or a heavy process orientation role.
- Demonstrated track record in an early-stage company or highly ambiguous environment.
- Experience with complex and consultative sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prospect into new accounts using proven outbound tactics.
- Must be located in New York, Chicago, or San Francisco.
Team & Environment
You will partner closely with Enterprise & Strategic Account Executives to drive growth.
