Lincoln Financial is looking for a Strategic Planning Consultant to support strategic business planning across our Retail Solutions and Distribution segments. In this role, you will consult, analyze, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to design actionable plans that support company objectives, monitor goal progress, and provide valuable insights for key decisions.
What You'll Do
- Analyze data to contribute to the development of actionable plans reflecting key segment strategies, working across distribution, service, technology, and other organizational boundaries.
- Gather and analyze data to support the creation of implementable 3-year plans that link strategy to tactics and foster growth and profitability.
- Ensure business plans align with Lincoln Financial's growth, financial, and business objectives.
- Gather and analyze data pertaining to organizational issues, including cultural, structural, business process, or alignment as they relate to strategies.
- Directly and indirectly scan the environment, enlisting internal and external resources to identify risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure, shape, and provide overall direction on strategic plans.
- Analyze data and translate findings into meaningful insights, integrating relevant business knowledge.
- Research and gather data necessary for conducting cost-benefit analysis for proposed opportunities.
- Research and analyze our space to identify business growth opportunities.
- Partner with the business to establish metrics for objectives.
What We're Looking For
- A 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a degree).
- 3 - 5+ years of business analytics and/or project management experience in the financial services industry that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities of the position.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $72,900 - $131,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position. Locations include Radnor, PA (Pennsylvania); Charlotte, NC (North Carolina); Fort Wayne, IN (Indiana); Greensboro, NC (North Carolina); Hartford, CT (Connecticut); and Omaha, NE (Nebraska).
