Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers to shape and refine integration strategies across products within Epic and other electronic health record platforms.
- Oversee the development of seamless end-to-end workflows connecting EHR systems, ensuring usability and completeness for clinical end users.
- Work jointly with product teams and clients to establish trusted practices and strengthen credibility in integration solutions.
- Serve as the primary contact for resolving complex EHR workflow issues and guiding product decisions dependent on integration capabilities.
- Assist Product Managers and Engineering teams by analyzing EHR APIs, vendor offerings, and integration methods, providing guidance on feasibility and optimal implementation paths.
- Enable early identification of integration risks to minimize rework, shorten development cycles, and prevent delays in delivery.
- Monitor updates, releases, and dependencies in EHR platforms to maintain awareness of technical limitations and emerging opportunities.
- Bridge communication between Strategic Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Partner Experience, and Implementation teams to support scalable integration outcomes.
- Organize disconnected integration efforts across teams, bringing consistency and efficiency to cross-channel initiatives.
- Collaborate with Implementation and Partner Success teams to identify reusable integration patterns and efficient deployment models.
