Pryon is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager / Team Lead to establish and drive key alliances critical to our growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-impact strategic partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnership agreements.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial contact to ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal teams to ensure partnership success.
- Define key performance metrics and report on the impact of partnerships.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in a strategic partnerships, business development, or alliance management role.
- Proven track record of structuring, negotiating, and closing complex partnership deals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess opportunities and measure ROI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate independently and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience building partnerships within the enterprise AI/ML, SaaS, or B2B software space.
- Background in both high-growth startups and established technology companies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or mentor others in a partnerships function.
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, CA, New York City, or Washington, D.C.
