Bright was looking for a Strategic Partnerships & Growth Lead

Bright is seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Growth Lead to establish our footprint and drive sales growth in the commercial and industrial solar and battery markets. You will develop innovative strategies, build high-impact relationships, and manage complex, multi-million-dollar sales cycles.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting C&I solar and battery projects to achieve revenue growth.
  • Identify new opportunities, expand market share, and build a robust pipeline.
  • Establish, nurture, and expand relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across the energy sector.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to enhance sourcing strategies.
  • Coordinate technical, financial, and legal aspects of deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient, tailored solutions.
  • Achieve revenue growth with minimal oversight.
  • Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot to track engagement, pipeline development, and deal progress.
  • Create and implement growth initiatives and innovative sourcing strategies.

  • Knowledge of the solar or energy industry.
