About the Role

Avertis Group is seeking a driven Strategic Co-Founder & Capital Partner to generate and qualify investor leads. This is a high-performance, commission-based role focused on outbound prospecting to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels.
  • Follow up with warm leads already in the company's pipeline.
  • Engage with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and sophisticated investors.
  • Qualify interest and schedule discovery calls on the Founder’s calendar.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and follow-ups.
  • Perform proactive outbound research via LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for outbound prospecting and investor conversations.
  • Confident interacting with HNWI, Family Offices, and institutional investors.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and highly motivated.
  • Responsible and capable of handling strategic tasks independently.

Nice to Have

  • Experience as an SDR, in Business Development, or appointment-setting.
  • Ambitious, self-confident career changers can also succeed.

You'll be joining a small team of 1-10 employees.
