What You'll Do
Strengthen client partnerships by engaging senior leaders and regional management via phone, delivering actionable insights and performance data to support long-term account growth.
Deliver remote training on CareCredit products, compliance standards, and financial benefits to office managers and decision-makers, ensuring clients maximize value from their offerings.
Collaborate with National Accounts teams to identify underperforming accounts and implement targeted action plans that increase usage and revenue.
Apply segmentation and prioritization strategies to focus outreach, aligning campaigns with provider needs and organizational goals.
Document all client interactions in Salesforce and meet performance benchmarks related to quality, engagement, and sales outcomes.
Contribute to strategic initiatives, including trade shows and cross-functional projects, to support account objectives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of experience in phone-based sales, field sales, or collections
- Minimum of 9 months in a CareCredit sales role with a record of growing assigned accounts
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with C-suite and regional leaders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening
- Must meet Section 19 of the FDIA eligibility requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consultative or solution-based selling
- Salesforce CRM expertise
- Strong presentation, writing, and time management skills
- Ability to quickly engage key stakeholders within organizations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time
