The Strategic Accounts Management Country Leader for Türkiye will lead the national SAM organization, shaping high-impact partnerships with top healthcare institutions and driving Medtronic’s growth across the country. In this role, you will engage with C-Suite leaders, lead cross-functional collaboration, and execute strategies that expand market share and deliver long-term healthcare impact in a key regional market.
What You'll Do
- Own and steer the country’s SAM strategy, ensuring alignment to Medtronic’s long‑term objectives and Pan-Medtronic expansion priorities.
- Develop and maintain Senior/C-Suite level relationships with strategic partners and work with them to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Understand account strategic priorities and oversee creation and execution of account plans, long-term partnership frameworks, and Pan-Medtronic growth programs.
- Guide team to develop and drive Pan-Medtronic strategies in collaboration with commercial organization and enablers to expand market share, optimize pricing strategy, accelerate therapy introduction, and increase capital footprint to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Act as the executive sponsor for the country's most influential accounts, ensuring strategic alignment, effective problem solving, and long-term partnership health, and actively contribute as a member of the Türkiye LT, aligning strategies with the broader regional vision.
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of Strategic Account Managers across public and private sectors, fostering an integrated “One Medtronic” mindset and ensuring strong talent development, succession planning, and a high‑performance culture.
- Implement segmentation, prioritization, customer experience improvement initiatives, and SAM governance and optimize national forecasting, financial planning, and performance management for SAM accounts
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant healthcare or MedTech experience, including 8+ years of leadership managing cross‑functional or customer‑facing teams.
- Proven record of achieving sales growth in emerging or complex markets, negotiating complex, multi‑stakeholder agreements, and managing national‑level partnerships.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with demonstrated experience architecting strategic deals and multi‑year frameworks.
- Deep understanding of the Turkish healthcare ecosystem (public and private), procurement models, and regulatory environment with strong exposure to healthcare systems in international/matrix environments.
- Track record of successful strategic account management and stakeholder engagement at senior levels with exceptional leadership, communication, executive‑presence, and influencing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in field of business, economics, life sciences or biomedical engineering.
- Fluent in Turkish and English
