What You'll Do
Work closely with the national accounts team to support and expand relationships with major clients through proactive, over-the-phone outreach. Use a consultative approach to engage senior decision-makers, offering actionable insights, performance updates, and guidance on product tools to increase client value and drive sales growth.
Deliver tailored training sessions to large accounts on product features, compliance, and financial benefits, ensuring clients maximize their use of services. Identify underperforming accounts and implement targeted action plans to improve engagement and utilization.
Follow structured sales methodologies and segmentation strategies to prioritize outreach and optimize results. Accurately log all client interactions in Salesforce and contribute to special projects, team meetings, and industry events as needed. Meet established performance and quality standards while supporting organizational compliance and operational goals.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one year of experience in telephone or field sales, collections, or a related role. At least nine months of direct experience in CareCredit sales or a comparable role in the veterinary industry with a record of growing client accounts.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be 18 or older, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background check, drug test, and fingerprinting. Must meet requirements under Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in consultative selling and influencing decision-makers. Strong familiarity with Salesforce CRM. Team collaboration skills and the ability to quickly build access to key stakeholders. Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities. Metrics-driven mindset with analytical and organizational strengths. Bachelor’s degree or bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. Willingness and ability to travel up to 5% of the time may be required.
